"Earning from Home: How Joining Avon Worked for Us"

Our brand brings us together as a team. My husband Adrian and I share our experiences to help our team improve their businesses and earn more money. We also want to connect with new customers and team members for future growth.

 

Here are three key lessons from my journey with Avon:

 

First, believe in yourself and your abilities. 

 

Second, be consistent with your daily actions to achieve your bigger goals.

 

Lastly, being part of a strong and supportive community is very valuable.

 

In 2009, after Adrian lost his chance for overtime pay, I joined Avon to help with our income and started with a £300 order. My team grew quickly, and by 2011, I became an Advanced Sales Leader, and Adrian joined as a Sales Leader.

 

After I was laid off in January 2015, I applied for several jobs while still working as a Sales Leader. In the end, I chose to invest my redundancy pay—about two months' salary—into focusing on Avon full-time.

 

Since we became Sales Leaders, our financial situation has improved greatly. We have taken two foreign holidays each year for the past six years, and we always pay for Christmas in advance to avoid debt in the New Year.

 

By 2018, my earnings matched my previous full-time job, but without early starts or long commutes. I work from home, enjoy weekly lunches with friends, and feel happier and less stressed.

 

In 2024, we aim to reach Executive Leader status and earn around £40,000 while helping our team succeed.
